18. Columbian Supremo is the highest grade coffee
available from South America. With beans large and
uniform in size this full-bodied, moderately rich,
slightly acidic coffee possesses an elusive winy
tone that’s become a favorite to America.

Guatemalan:
Organic, Fair Trade, Genuine Antigua Estate Bella
Carmona. This carefully cultivated Arabica from the
volcanic highlands of Guatemala Province is superbly
aromatic. It’s rich, lively, and full of flavor,
yet very heavy bodied with bright acidity.

Peaberry Plus:
Formed from a single seed rather than
the typical two developed at the heart of the bean,
this coffee is characterized by its sharp, winy
acidity, medium body and moderately rich flavor.

Salvador:
San Mauricio, Organic, Fair Trade. This coffee is
certified, shade grown by the Organic Crop
Improvement Association, (OCIA)., as well as being
Fair Trade. It is of the Altura variety and is grown
at 1200 meters. In the cup the coffee is clean,
medium body, slight acidity and a mild fragrant
aroma.

Mexican
Organic:
Santa Anita. Finca Santa Anita has grown coffee for
over a hundred years. For the last thirty years,
they have only produced Organic coffee. The altitude
of the farm is between 800 and 1000 meters above sea
level. The sweet, smooth flavor of this specialty
coffee makes the aroma a very attractive offer. It
contains a delicate body and medium acidity.

Kenya AA:
+ KIeekorok. Smooth. This is Africa’s finest
specialty coffee carrying a medium body with a
bright acidity and hearty character that’s
pleasingly sharp. AA signifies the best grade Kenya

‘La Florida’ Fair Trade Organic. This is a
certified organic shade grown Peruvian coffee. From
the northeast slopes
of the Andes Mountains in
northern Peru it’s grown at elevations from 1200

smooth and slightly sweet taste.

Monsoon Malabar:
This coffee gets its name from an aging process
where the beans are exposed to the humid monsoon
winds. Just after a few weeks of exposure the coffee
flavors transform to become richer and smoother.
Malabar is full bodied, very low acidity with a
